Where Is New York In The United States?
New York City is a city located on the east coast of the United States. The city sits on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, at the mouth of the Hudson River. New York is located halfway (about 350 kilometers) from Boston and the capital of the United States, Washington. The nearest major city is Philadelphia, which is approximately 100 miles (165 km) away.
New York City is divided into several boroughs
